Meet Kirsten Tibballs. As one of Australia’s most celebrated and internationally acclaimed pastry chefs and chocolatiers, there’s no doubt she knows her stuff. But it’s sharing what she knows that really drives her. She’s passionate about all things chocolate & patisserie, and founded Savour School to share that passion. The first of its kind in the world, Savour School merges education and inspiration into a platform where pros can master, beginners can dabble, and everyone can create the incredible. When she’s not writing sell-out cookbooks, filming episodes of The Chocolate Queen TV show or making MasterChef contestants squirm with her wickedly wonderful challenges, Kirsten loves spending time with her family and escaping to the beautiful Yarra Valley whenever she gets the chance.
