INTRODUCING
Courtney Roulston
Courtney Roulston first gained national recognition as a finalist on Series 2 of MasterChef Australia in 2010. Since then, she has built an impressive culinary career, including over 11 seasons as the Head Chef for the Sydney Swans AFL Team, where she worked closely with the team’s dietician to prepare nutritious meals for more than 80 players and staff.
For over a decade, Courtney has proudly served as an ambassador for Coles Supermarkets, Clubs NSW, and the SecondBite charity organization. Her ambassadorships involve media appearances, hosting events, and catering across Australia, promoting initiatives aimed at reducing food waste, supporting local communities, and providing meals to those in need.
Courtney returned to MasterChef for Season 12, All Stars: Back to Win, further solidifying her place in the Australian culinary world. Today, she hosts the popular cooking series Farm to Fork on Network Ten, now in its fourth season. The show takes Courtney around the country, where she meets with Australian farming families and learns firsthand about the produce they cultivate.
