INTRODUCING

Krissy Marsh

Krissy Marsh is a quintessential Queenslander at heart—fearlessly loyal, generous, and unmistakably down-to-earth. Raised as the youngest of four sisters in a tight-knit family in Queensland, her childhood was shaped by her mother’s emphasis on shared meals and togetherness—a value she lovingly passes on to her own children.

At just 18, Krissy earned the title of Miss Australia, representing her country in the Miss Asia Pacific Quest in Hong Kong and Manila. By this time, she was already an established model in Brisbane, having worked since the age of 14 in major fashion parades for retailers such as Myer and David Jones, competing against seasoned European professionals. This early success laid the foundation for her transition into real estate and business.

Krissy’s achievements extend well beyond the runway. She became the first woman to sell a female-founded, run, and managed real estate business—Billicorp—to LJ Hooker Commercial in 2003. This landmark deal not only set a precedent for women-led success in Sydney’s competitive market but also cemented her reputation as a trailblazer in Australian business.

In 2010, Krissy and her husband John Marsh co-founded Logos Group, building it into one of Asia-Pacific’s leading industrial and logistics real estate platforms. Under their leadership, Logos expanded across multiple countries and became recognised as a market leader in the sector. In 2024, ESR Group fully acquired Logos, integrating it into its global operations and establishing it as the region’s foremost real asset manager across logistics, data centres, and infrastructure.

Krissy’s personal passions are just as influential. Her 176-page hardcover, The Real Krissy Marsh Cookbook, features more than 50 family recipes, cooking tips, and personal stories. Designed to inspire experimentation in the kitchen, every copy sold supports Ronald McDonald House Charities in Randwick, where Krissy has been a long-time ambassador. She is actively involved in the House’s daily activities, fundraising initiatives, and marketing efforts, championing the cause at every level.

Beyond the kitchen and boardroom, Krissy is widely known for her appearance on The Real Housewives of Sydney. She also connects with audiences through her “Vodka Lectures”—straight-talking, heart-to-heart conversations inspired by late-night chats with friends. These candid sessions encourage bold choices, self-reflection, and change—shared with a “skinny bitch” cocktail (or coffee) in hand.

At home in Double Bay, Krissy and John—who grew up in Wollongong—are raising their three children, Billy, Nicco, and Milana, with the same grounded values that shaped their own upbringings in Brisbane and Wollongong. Their years living in Shanghai enriched their lives immeasurably: Krissy and the children speak Mandarin, and many Chinese traditions, from a love of Asian cuisine to their beloved toy poodles Bondi and Bronte, remain an integral part of family life in Sydney.
